Zimmer Swimmer New Years Day Swim

The annual Zimmer Swimmer New Years Day swim took place on January 01 2008 today.
This year we were treated to a Yul Tide by the Zimmer Swimmer Coral Society....enjoy?

Poll results are in....re count demanded

The poll results Poll:Whats the best way to heat up after a winter swim are in and its a staggering majority - 62% in favour of
HAPPY PEAR SOUP
Much to every our amazement run a marathon came a very close second at 0.2%
However UN observers have expressed concern at the outcome of the poll citing discrimination against fair weather swimmers in spite of their fearsome reputation for endurance swims and are demanding a re count.
However it seams the best way to heat up after a winter swim is to play the guitar as demonstrated by this gentleman here
